Naruto – Chapter 395 Spoilers

Well, Naruto spoilers have been out for a while, but I didn’t bother updating since there hasn’t been any new developments like pictures or something. But the full script is out anyway.

Seems like a pretty boring chapter, the cool thing is them explaining some old questions. But even then, pretty random explantions. The art for the chapter is probably good though.

The bugs attack Tobi. He dodges them smoothly.
Tobi: Uwah! Disgusting, I tell ya!
Naruto: Gimme a break, he’s dodging them like nothing!
Kakashi: The Aburame clan doesn’t specialize in pin-point attacks, but rather in those of the wide range variety.
Kiba: Naruto, you’ve hardly ever been on a mission with Shino before…just leave it to him, you’ll see! Let the bugs do their job.
Shino: Spread!The bugs encircle Tobi.Kakashi: It’s impossible to dodge *all* the bugs.
Shino: Whether you’re dodging things or having them slip through, I’m getting to the bottom of your jutsu! Go! Hijutsu, Mushidama*!
*Secret Jutsu: Bug ball! (yes, bug-ball – Iwa).The bugs cover Tobi.
Tobi’s completely covered by bugs.Kakashi: Well, Hinata?
Hinata: Chakra verification complete. He’s most definitely beneath Shino kun’s bugs!
Kakashi: Yamato!
Yamato: Ready! Standing by to attack!
Shino: There’s definitely a reaction – the reason being the bugs’ movements indicate they’re absorbing chakra!
Naruto: Have them keep on sucking ’till there’s no more left!*
*I don’t write these lines, I just translate them – Iwa.Tobi suddenly vanishes!Shino: What on earth!? The bugs lost sight of him even as they absorbed chakra. Impossible.
Sakura: Shunshin no jutsu?
Shino: Not quite. The reason being the bugs would’ve instantly pursued in the direction he went. They don’t lose their targets.
Kakashi: You’re telling me he used space-time ninjutsu!? You gotta be kidding!
Kakashi: This means he jumped through space-time without having to perform seals or kuchisoye* ….That’d make his space-time ninjutsu greater than even the Fourth’s!
*a Summoning. Note from me (Iwa): Shunshin is “chakra accelerated movement”, like Sasuke does, like Gaara did in the chuunin exam. Kuchiyose is summoning, instantaneously teleporting something from one location to another, through the fabric of space-time. Think worm holes – that’s how they do summonings. The Fourth’s Hiraishin no jutsu teleported him to the location he tagged, just as if he himself were a summon. Madara’s moving through space-time without even having to tag the location or perform seals – making his jutsu quicker and more deadly than the Fourth’s, who relied on tags for movement.

Hinata: Byakugan! Found him! Over there!
Tobi: Howdy, folks!

Zetsu appears right beside Tobi.

Tobi: Well?
Zetsu: It’s over.
Sakura: Who’s that?
Zetsu:Sasuke won. Itachi died.

Naruto and Co. are shocked.

Tobi: Oh-my-god…NOT! Just as I figured.
Zetsu: Sasuke collapsed himself, though. He might just be hanging on by a thread.
Naruto and Co: !!!
Naruto: Yo! Aloe-man! Where’s Sasuke?
Zetsu: Aloe-man!?
Zetsu(the other one): Leave him be.

Kakashi notices Tobi’s sharingan!

Tobi: We’ll have to do this some other time.*
(Looks like he’s in full “Bad-ass Madara mode” when he says this, going by his choice of words – Iwa).

It ends with a close up on Tobi’s Sharingan.

Thoughts/Predictions:
At least it’s finally back to Naruto… Probably…

But yeah, a chapter explaining the whole space-time jutsu thing, showing some long delayed Shino and Hinata action. It seems Kishi is trying to pick up the pace or something. But then again if you look at it as a whole, it seems the fight was about to get good, then Tobi just has to leave. But at least it’s like for a good plot cause, right?

Though, the explaination for space-time jutsu just sounds silly. Summoning yourself to a different place… Wormholes, whatever. Shounens shouldn’t bother with science or pseudoscience.

Maybe next chapter will be better…

Which leads into the predictions… There will be more talking!

Yes, team Konoha will discuss random crap about the new crap they heard from Zetsu. If we’re lucky they might actually make their way towards Sasuke and Itachi. And if we are even more lucky, we will see team Konoha come to the place where Sugetsui and Kisame are battling out…
